IN the ongoing drama that is the M. Nazaruddin case, lawyer Otto Cornelius Kaligis, 69, plays a vital role. Kaligis was at first rejected as Nazaruddins legal counsel, even though he eventually got his power of attorney. Landing at the airport on Friday last week, Kaligis announced he had just secured Nazaruddins super-important data stored in Singapore. He spoke to Tempo reporters Anton Septian and Fanny Febiana, on his clients attempted escape.
