THE commotion over migrant workers' insurance is nothing new to Muhaimin Iskandar, Labor and Transmigration Minister. He remembers well that the appointment of the Consortium to Protect Migrant Workers in 2010 as the only insurance provider, also triggered protests.

Demonstrators not only came to his office, they also took their protests to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the to Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).
