IT is suspected that some regional infrastructure funds have been put on a plate for members of the Budget Committee at the House of Representatives (DPR), regional government, and businesspeople. Members of the Budget Committee have the authority to determine which regions receive infrastructure funds. This is conditional, according to one DPR member, on an advance deposit of 5-7 percent of the amount of funds expected.
