IMPLEMENTING a Rp5.9 trillion mega-project can be quite a headache, at least for Home Affairs Minister Gamawan Fauzi, who now has to field all kinds of charges. The project to provide citizens with an e-KTP or electronic ID cards, is now being questioned by many people. Those who took part in the tender are protesting the process, which they think violates regulations.
