The fight over the Tanah Abang Market has reached a new phase. The Jakarta government-owned PD Pasar Jaya has rejected the request of Priamanaya Djan International to extend its management agreement of Tanah Abang's Block A market. PD Pasar Jaya CEO, Djangga Lubis, strongly feels the work contract has not been productive. He recently told Tempo why the agreement should be stopped.
