After a month-long hunt by the police, John Refra Kei, a leader of the Kei clan, was finally arrested at a 'transit hotel' in Pulomas, East Jakarta. In addition to his indictment in the murder of PT Sanex Steel Indonesia boss Tan Harry Tantono, the police will also charge Kei with complicity in over a dozen other crimes which he and his group committed.
