Kampung Ambon in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, is a haven for people looking to buy drugs. Everything is available, 24 hours a day: crystal meth, ecstasy and heroin. Yet, after repeated police raids, the drug trade flourishes in the neighborhood. The police hope that the Irene Sophia Tupessy case will be the starting point for eradicating drugs there.

The behavior of seven people had caused trouble for officers at the detention room of the Central Jakarta Police Department. During their two months of detention they continued to cause trouble.
