Time to Seek Fulfillment of Promises

PRESIDENT Yudhoyono and Vice President Jusuf Kalla made heaps of promises as they rose to power two years back. One was: for five years government, economic growth was put at the average of 6.6 percent a year. In reality, the growth has never surpassed the 6 percent mark in the last two years.
