OVER a dozen officials from the Customs Directorate General were scouring through eight shipping containers filled with 200 tons of rice. One official then stuck a steel tube in one sack of rice from Vietnam belonging to Pangan Sejahtera. The rice grains poured down the tube, landing in a plastic bag.
