The TBS scheme will erode state revenues

A letter containing seven clarification points, dated October 17, 2012, was sent by Priyono as head of the Upstream Oil and Gas Activities Monitoring Taskforce (BP Migas) at that time, to Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Jero Wacik.
