JOSRIZAL Zain, former mayor of Payakumbuh in West Sumatra, is a very busy man these days. Two weeks ago, on a Friday morning, he left for Nagari Guntur at the border of Payakumbuh and the regencyof Limapuluh Kota. He had been invited to work in collaboration with the local people to improve the road.
