MAINTENANCE work on a Hercules C-130 HS/L-100 at the 31st Squadron of Husein Sastranegara Air Base in Bandung, which was taking place in mid-June, suddenly had to be discontinued. The routine maintenance work on the transport plane was half-finished.

MAINTENANCE work on a Hercules C-130 HS/L-100 at the 31st Squadron of Husein Sastranegara Air Base in Bandung, which was taking place in mid-June, suddenly had to be discontinued. The routine maintenance work on the transport plane was half-finished.
"We had to stop because some of the spare parts were unavailable," a technician who worked on the plane told Tempo, last week. The decision was taken after reporting it to the squadron commander.
