Vice President Megawati Sukarnoputri suddenly cut short her trip to Singapore. At 1am last Saturday, Mega flew back into Jakarta. An hour later, in the dark of the early hours, a number of key figures in her Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) were called to the vice president's house in Jalan Teuku Umar.
