CLASH almost broke out. A local worker at the China Huadian Power Plant Operation Co Ltd almost punched a Chinese worker at the Celukan Bawang, Buleleng, Bali power plant project. It started when the foreign worker out of nowhere began cursing, and pointing to his face. "He suddenly burst into the room, spoke in Mandarin with a raised voice, hands on hips, and pointing at me," said Zakaria, the Buleleng resident said last week.
