A survey of by Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA), indicates that the potential for Internet transactions could reach as higher than US$24 billion (Rp336 trillion).
"I believe that Indonesia is entering a digital revolution," John told Tempo, last week. Indonesia, he said, was the country with the highest population which had just initiated major changes in the digital world. To be sure, it is still far behind the United States, China and India, which took the step decades ago. John wants the family business which he inherited, to become a local pioneer in developing business in this sector.
