Taufiequrachman Ruki, acting chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), has been accused of weakening the KPK by placing Police officers in a number of strategic KPK positions, limiting e-mail correspondence between KPK employees and giving harsh penalties to KPK employees who were critical of his leadership.
