AMIR Maulana invited Tempo to sit at the security tent of the Graha Pejaten Complex. Tempo was looking to confirm reports of money flowing from land developers to Friends of Ahok through the Cyrus Network last week. Amir introduced himself as the operational director of the Cyrus Network, and claimed that, "We are preparing a lawsuit against Tempo. Instead of being involved, I'd better go back (to the office)."

Ten minutes later, Cyrus Network CEO Hasan Nasbi arrived by taxi. When he realized that the reporters who had invited him were from Tempo, he said, "I don't want to say anything. To other media, I will," as he entered his office. Amir followed Hasan.
