HARI Sugiandhi must now pay twice when he sends goods by air. The owner of Rush Cargo Nusantara must pay loading and unloading fees each time goods are inspected at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten.
Initially, Hari only needed to pay once for unloading fees because his cargo went straight to the airlines inspection in a sterile zone (Line 1). However, since the policy on regulated agents went into effect, there has been an additional official inspection at a non-sterile area (Line 2). After finishing up at Line 2, his goods are taken to Line 1 to be reinspected.
