LIBERTI Sitinjak still remembers an incident that took place in early 2014. Freddy Budiman, who had been sentenced to death in a drug case and was placed in isolation, made a puzzling request. At that time, Sitinjak was chief of the Batu Correctional Facility on Nusakambangan Island.
