Pizza Hut Asia has carried out an internal investigation

STEPHEN McCarthy only said Hi' when our investigation team intercepted him at his office in the Graha Mustika Ratu Building in South Jakarta two weeks ago. He then got into his car without answering any questions.

The investigation team then sent him 40 written questions by email. On Wednesday two weeks ago, McCarthy sent a written reply to Tempo and the BBC through Sarimelati Kencana director Budi Setiawan.
