Built by the Dutch as a special prison to hold rebellious nationalist intellectuals, The Class 1 Sukamiskin Correctional Facility on December 2012 was turned into a penitentiary for persons convicted of corruption. In reality, the facilities there can be said to be on a par with luxury hotels. Unofficial fees play a large role in ensuring ease and comfort.
