Some 13,000 duplicate names have been discovered on the voter roll, in the leadup to the Jakarta gubernatorial elections. A fertile ground for election fraud.

On the voter roll of the second round of the Jakarta gubernatorial election, Sri Rahayu is listed as living at the CBD Apartments in Pluit, North Jakarta, where the rent is Rp8 million a month. According to Sukirno, chairman of the voluntary Election Monitoring Group for Voting Booth 52 in Penjaringan, he knows Sri as a vendor of coffee and cigarettes near a gas station at Pluit Karang Karya Timur.
