There was no visible activity visible in the concession area operated by Mohairson Pawan Khatulistiwa (MPK) company, at the Ketapang regency of West Kalimantan, last week. Over the past month, nearly all the heavy machinery to dig canals had been moved out. Only three excavators could be seen along the roadside.
