The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has prepared responses to accusations made by a Special Inquiry Committee of the House of Representatives (DPR). The committee is looking into a number of KPK investigations that it deems in violation of national regulations. Although they have prepared their response, KPK leaders decided that they would not come even if the committee summoned them for questioning. "We are waiting for the verdict on a judicial review of the legitimacy of the inquiry from the Constitutional Court," said KPK Chairman Agus Rahardjo.
