At the end of August, the North Jakarta land office issued a certificate for building usage rights (HGB) for Island D to Kapuk Naga Indah, a land reclamation developer in Jakarta Bay. This certificate for the use of that 312-hectare island was issued very fast: just two days after being submitted on August 22. ¡°This could be a record at Muri (The Indonesian World Records Museum)," said Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Zoning Sofyan Djalil. ¡°
