Setya Novantos lawyer forwarded a protest to the judge when he heard the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) asked that the pretrial motion filed by his client be delayed for three weeks.
According to Ketut Mulya Arsana, a lawyer for the House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker, a threeweek delay is too long. We ask that it be three days,¡± Ketut said to the judge at the South Jakarta District Court, on Tuesday last week.
