KPK's 'Internal Affairs'

The KPK has sent two of their police investigators back to the police force, even though they were investigating bribery involving beef importer Basuki Hariman. According to financial records at Basuki's company, the bribes were not only given to Constitutional Court Chief Justice Patrialis Akbar, but also went to many government officials and institutions. There is suspicion that those investigators destroyed related evidence because it mentioned the names of high-ranking police officials.

Senior Police Adj. Comsr. Roland Ronaldy and Comsr. Harun are the subject of talk among investigators at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Those two police investigators were recalled to National Police Headquarters effective October 13, announced only a week later by KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah.

The reason for this discussion was that their return to National Police HQ was expedited. They were working on extending their assignments
