A WAVE of drowsiness swept through the plenary meeting room early last Thursday at the Golkar Party Central Leadership Board (DPP) offices in Slipi, West Jakarta. Several party administrators could be seen yawning massively. Others stepped out for fresh air, but a few officials overcome by sleep murmured in their chairs.
