Jokowi is on a serious search for his running mate for the 2019 presidential election. Survey results and political analyses are being reviewed.

Ten names were submitted by volunteers belonging to the Pro Jokowi (Projo) group as possible vice-presidential running mates. They were the ones who had the best results in a number of surveys conducted in October and November. Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati was the one who placed highest among the names given to President Joko Widodo.
