LAST Thursday, an unloaded truck entered the Sambelia subdistrict office compound in East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The truck came to a stop in front of the district’s disaster command post. A passenger exited and hurried to meet Sambelia subdistrict head Zaitul Akmal. "Pak, we were sent by the village head to pick up equipment," said the man claiming to represent the Padak Guar village.
