After six months of work, the joint fact-finding team formed by National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian failed to expose the perpetrators of the acid attack on Novel Baswedan. The police are said to have submitted crucial information data late, at the end of the team’s work period. Certain generals were mentioned during examination, but their names were omitted from the recommendation.
