THE parking lot of the Tanah Lot Temple tourist destination in Tabanan, Bali, looked empty on Wednesday, March 4. Only a handful of cars were parked there. Usually the lot would be packed full with cars and minibuses. Souvenir outlets selling hats, clothing items and bags also had very few customers. “Recently things have been quiet,” said the manager of the Tanah Lot tourist destination, I Ketut Toya Adnyana.
