EARLY Thursday morning, April 2, Bali Regional Representative Council (DPRD) member Jro Nyoman Rai Yusa received a message of protest. The WhatsApp message was sent by his son, a doctor at the Sanglah General Hospital in Denpasar, asking about the coronavirus testing performed on 39 Bali DPRD members two days prior.
