The satellite project to fill the 123 degrees east longitude orbital slot came to a standstill. Signs of problems in the tender three years ago emerged amid the absence of potential investors.
ISMAIL, Director-General of Postal and Informatics Devices and Resources, has reason to be anxious. Dini Nusa Kusuma (DNK), the license holder for the 123 degrees east longitude orbital slot, has not yet given certainty in regard to the financing of the satellite, which will be placed above the Sulawesi sky.
