A FRAGRANT scent permeated the air when the main restroom at the Kilometer (KM) 228A rest area in the Kanci-Pejagan Toll Road, Cirebon, West Java, was opened. A row of bathroom sinks appeared elegant with white orchids in pots, giving an impression of luxury.
