Police put up a `no entry' sign as they carried out a night-time operation in the Lebak Bulus district of South Jakarta. It bore the words "Operation find Tommy Suharto alias Ibrahim". It was one of a series of increasingly frequent such operations on the streets of the capital, aimed at reducing the room to maneuver of Indonesia's most famous fugitive. Will the police get Tommy?
