EDWARD Omar Sharif Hiariej received a letter in 2011, dismissing that man better known as Eddy Hiariej from the Center for Anti-Corruption Studies (Pukat) at the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. He had been dismissed because he had become an expert witness for the defense team in a corruption case. One such case was being tried at the Yogyakarta District Court.
