How Iriana Jokowi is Rallying Support for Prabowo-Gibran

Iriana, the wife of Jokowi, has been advocating for Gibran Rakabuming Raka to become Prabowo’s vice-presidential running mate since the beginning of the year. She is actively garnering support among entrepreneurs.

TWICE questioned by journalists in Surabaya, East Java, on Sunday, October 22, Iriana only raised her thumb. No words came out of the mouth of President Joko Widodo’s wife when reporters asked for comments about the plan of her son Gibran Rakabuming Raka to become Prabowo Subianto’s vice-presidential running mate. Five days later, the First Lady again gave the thumbs up when asked about a Prabowo-Gibran ticket.
