MEETING with the four general chairpersons of political parties belonging to the Indonesia Onward Coalition on Tuesday, May 28, President Joko Widodo discussed the 2024 regional head election (pilkada). Jokowi focused particularly on the Jakarta gubernatorial election. He mentioned the rising popularity of Anies Baswedan as a candidate.
