Passports to Heaven?

ARTICLE 29 of Law No. 9/1992 on Immigration provides for four types of passports with different functions. The first is a normal, or green, passport. Second, a service passport, or blue passport. Then, there is the brown, or pilgrimage, passport. And lastly there is a diplomatic, or black, passport. The colors refer to the color of each of these pocket-sized books.
