AMONG journalists, Roy Tirtadji is known as "Mr. Off-the-Record". Every time he is interviewed, he quickly asks that all his statements be unattributed. Last week, however, with the Lippo Bank scandal in the spotlight, Tirtadji abruptly abandoned his usual request for anonymity.
