MOHAMMAD Laica Marzuki is starting to get fed up with his cell phone. It is not that he has tired of the model or wants a flashier one, but rather the fact that it never stops ringing nowadays. When TEMPO met him in his office last Wednesday, the phone, which was on the desk in front of him, rang unrelentingly. Even the handset of his fixed-line phone was jumping out of its cradle.
