MINISTER of Defence, Matori Abdul Djalil, recently stepped up his campaign against terror by calling on the government to enact an Internal Security Act (ISA). After attending a Partai Kejayaan Demokrasi function in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Matori launched into a speech exhorting the government to enact anti-terrorism laws similar to those operating in Malaysia and Singapore.
