ON the edge of one of the runways at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, a Boeing 747-300 airplane stands forlornly apart from other aircraft. On its side, only half of the white eagle logo remains. The words "Indonesian Airlines" painted on the sides of the airplane seem to be fading.
