CONTROVERSIAL news can spring up from anywhere, even from a mosque pulpit. Just like the Criminal Code draft issue that has attracted public attention lately. Two weeks ago in a Friday sermon at his office, Minister of Justice & Human Rights, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, mentioned that the revised Criminal Code bill included elements of Islamic law in its adultery provision.
