THE weather in Bogota is always hard to predict. Rain may fall at any moment as clouds are an everyday feature of the sky. Situated at an altitude of 2,764 meters, the capital city of Colombia abounds with rain. Its summer and winter are only distinguishable by the air temperature. In summer, it is slightly warmer but rain may still pour down at any time.
