Iceland President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson

IT’S not difficult to guess one common factor bringing Indonesia and Iceland together—yes, volcanoes. Hence, Indonesia’s first ever geothermal gathering in Bali last week was graced by the presence of Iceland’s President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson. He and President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono signed a broad coope­ration agreement that would include geothermal energy development and fisheries.
