MAY 26 was a special day when President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg witnessed the signing of a Letter of Intent to establish an Indonesia-Norway partnership to implement Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation or better known as REDD.
