Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi and her Singaporean counterpart, Vivian Balakrishnan exchanged instruments of ratification for a treaty between the two countries on the delimitation of the territorial seas in the eastern part of the Strait of Singapore. "Negotiations over our maritime border with Singapore are expected to be completed in a relatively short time," Retno told Tempo English, after the meeting in Singapore, last week.
