ALTHOUGH it was officially dissolved on February 27, the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) left several items of unfinished work in its wake. One of them is the Texmaco group of companies owned by Marimutu Sinivasan, which still owes the state Rp29.37 trillion (about US$3.5 billion).
